Soaked rice over night then boiled in pressure cooker and give one whistle then rest

Heat the pan add chopped coconut fry little then keep in the bowl, Next add bay leaves then jeera fry then add hing

Luchi:Take a mixing bowl add flour put salt and one tablespoon oil mix well then add water slowly and mix it make a dough add oil over the dough rest it in the closed bowl for twenty minutes

Next open the bowl make small same sized ball the roll it

Heat another pan add oil when oil is perfect for frying add luchi dough and deep fry

Tasty dal and luchi is ready for breakfast.
