I had plenty of sorbet and wanted to try it when baking a cake since it was so good on my black forest. It didn't disappoint it was so good,light,tastier😋😋😋 I guess it's because of the sweetness in pineapple and the condensed milk.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees line and grease a 8inch pan.

Cream sugar and margarine till light and fluffy

Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition.Add essence

Sift flour twice, add in three additions alternating with pineapple sorbet.

Bake @170 degrees for 50min-1hr until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in a wire rack

I didn't frost mine just enjoyed with a cup of milk..
