Preparation of kababs take a bowl add mince then add chilli flakes bhuna masala Shan seekh kebab masala g.g paste garam masala corriender, 1 chopped onions, mix them all well then marinate for 3 hours

Then make kebabs of your desired shapes and deep fry them and put aside

Then chopped potatoes in shape of French fries then fry them also and put aside

Preparation of karhai gravy take a pan pour oil then add 2chopped onion in it fry them until golden brown

Then add g.g paste chopped pea lead tomatoes bhuna masala halftsp, garam masala half tsp, red chilli flakes halftsp, red chilli powder salt half tsp seekh kabab masala 1tbsp then cover and let it cook

Then when oil comes upward broil it add beaten yougert green chillies then add fried kebab and French fries then gave coal smoke and serve with capsicum onions and corriender topping...
