Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds.

Add chopped onion, capsicum and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add pepper powder, chicken stock cube and maida. Saute well till the raw smell of maida goes away.

Add cold milk and chicken stock. Keep stirring. Add the cheese slices.

Cook by stirring constantly so no lumps are formed and the sauce thickens. Add garam masala and the shredded chicken. Cook for a few minutes. Cool and set aside.

Thaw and cut the puff pastry sheets into desired size.

Fold and open the sheet to get a crease. Place some chicken filling at one side. Apply little water on the three sides. Fold and press to stick. Brush some egg on the puff sheets and sprinkle onion seeds.

Pre heat the oven at 190°C and bake the chicken puffs for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
