1 bowldry methi / fenugreek leaves
2potatoes finely chopped
1 tspcumin seeds
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
as neededOil
1 tspgaram masala

Steps

Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it now add potatoes cook it 4-5 min now add washed dry methi and all spices mix it well.

Cook it for till them potatoes soft.

Ready to serve.
