Steps

Peel the membrane of the liver. Chop and rinse

Add liver to pan and cook until all the water has evaporated

Fry liver until browned. Add salt cumin and garam marsala

Add onions and tomatoes

Fry liver until tomatoes paste like

Add 2 royco cubes

Add the bell peppers

Fry a few minutes, peppers should be crunchy

Add chopped cilantro

Mix then take off the heat

Serve with ugali
