Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsfinely chopped mushrooms
  2. 2 tablespoonsfinely diced shallots
  3. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1/2 teaspoondried thyme
  5. To tastesalt
  6. To tasteground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the mushrooms fine. Heat a pan with the butter. Add the mushrooms and shallots. Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Sauté till the moisture is absorbed. Stirring constantly so the shallots and mushrooms don't stick.

    Remove from heat set aside till needed. I hope you enjoy!

I use this mix in omelettes or mix it in with fried potatoes and scrambled egg. It is indeed an awesome recipe. It's simple too. Thank you for sharing ❤
