Wash and cut your chicken to desired pieces and put it in a bowl,add spices one by one as you mix in well till you finish All the spices.you can add or reduce the spices according to your taste buds.me am a spicy person.

After it's well marinated put it in a container and put it in the fry for one hour,mine went over night in the fridge.

In a wok or sufuria add cooking oil I added 2 tablespoons because the chicken was very fatty, sweat your onions add in your ginger and garlic stir in till you smell the aroma add in the tomato paste and continue stirring till they mix add your chicken and stir abit.cook in low heat till the chicken is well cooked season and garnish with coriander and green pepper. And switch off to fire. enjoy with rice,chapati or corn meal #bon appetite.
