Break egg in a bowl. Add in spices and mix together

Dice bell peppers and add

Cut onions,Ground coriander,maggi, and garlic and add. Mix everything together

Cut chilles and parsley and add to the mixture

Give it one last final mix and set aside

In a non stick pan, drizzle a little oil pour some of the egg mixture and let it cook on low heat

Then start folding from an end to the middle

Shift it to the end of the pan and add more mixture and let it cook

It will stick to the other. Fold again to the middle and pour more mixture

Continue this process until all your egg mixture has finished

Fold it to the end and take it off the heat

Slice the egg and serve
