Very easy,very tasty&very quick recipe
Steps

Grind soaked rice & udad dal into smooth paste in mixer grinder.

Add salt after fermentation mix well.grease the plate and place in a kadai in boiling.pour thin layer of battrer and srinkle crushed black pepper and steam for 10-15.

Cut ready idada into pieces serve hot with garlic Chutney mixed with oil
