Ingredients

10-15 servings
  1. 2 cupSamolina
  2. 1 cupDesiccated Coconut
  3. 1.5 cupCaster Sugar
  4. 1 1/4Ghee
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1 tbspKewrra water
  7. badam pistay for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee, add in semolina and fry on very low flame till it starts turning slightly pale brown.

    Add in desiccated coconut and almonds and pistachios.Stirring on very low flame stirring continuously.Add sugar, continue to cook add in milk and kewra.

  3. 3

    Mix quickly; pour in a grease tray, level well.Garnish with almonds, pistachew and silver warq.
