Collect all ingredients,slit parwal,marinate with salt and turmeric

Grind onion,garlic,peanuts,ginger,make a fine paste

Shallow fry parwal for a soft crunch

Now heat a pan add oil,add grinded paste and all spices,cook well,add curd and stir continuously untill a boil
- 5
Add butter and parwal and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve with paratha,roti,rice
