Ingredients

  • Chicken strips 250 gm
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tbspChili sauce
  • 1 tspRed chili pwd
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 tspChicken pwd
  • 1/2 tspMustard powder
  • 1Egg
  • 2 tbspFlour
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 1 tspPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinate chicken with salt pepper, red chili pwd, chilli sauce, garlic pwd,vinegar,mustard powder, chicken pwd, egg, flour for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Now coat the strips with bread crumbs. And deep fry in oil.
