Steps

Cut your chicken into parts.

Wash it well, add to Put add in onion, seasoning, salt, garlic and 1 sachet of onga(ginger and garlic flavor).

Add water and allow to cook till tender.

Add in oil in a frying pan, deep fry your chicken till golden brown.

Take 5 Scotch bonnets and 2 garlics. Grind and set aside.

Slice your 1 red bell pepper and onion and set aside.

In a pot add in little oil, add onion and your Scotch bonnet and garlic paste. Add in seasoning and garlic. Add in your sliced redbell pepper.

Allow to fry. then add in your chicken little by little while you keep stirring so that sauce gets to every part.

Allow to simmer for minute.

Your peppered chicken is ready.. Enjoy with any meal of your choice
