  • Sabut garam masala
  • Oil half cup
  • 1 table spoonHari mirchon ka paste
  • 1 table spoonLahsan or adrak ka paste
  • Namak hasbay zaroorat
  • 1Payaz medium size copped

Steps

  1. 1

    Ak pan ma oil daal kar payaz light brown kar lay phir uskay andar namak, lahsan or adrak ka paste, hari mirchon ka paste or sabut garam masala daal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.

    Bhigay huwa Chawal daal kar or 1 glass pani daal kar pakay lay.

  3. 3

    Pani dry hu jaya tu hari mirchay daal kar daam par rakh daay.

  4. 4

    Dish out kar tay waqat chukandar ki Bhujiya kay sath serve kary.
