  1. Palmfruits(agric and local)
  2. Salt
  3. Crayfish
  4. leavesScent
  5. Pepper
  6. cubesKnorr
  7. Meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and boil the palmfruits together boil and squeeze out the liquid with warm water.Boil the squeezed out liquid and boil uncovered for a longer time untill is thickens up(make sure when you want to squeeze out the liquid the warm water is not much)

  2. 2

    Season and boil stockfish and meat pour in the cooking banga.as the banga is getting thick,put crayfish,pepper,knorr cubes, and salt.

  3. 3

    Boil for 10 more minutes and cut the scent leaves in it.stir and banga is good.
