Peel and Cut Yam into desired shapes wash and place in a medium pot with small water

Blend crayfish, onion and pepper then set aside, shred smoked fish and set aside

Once the yam is almost tender add salt, pepper, crayfish, onion and knorr cube cover pot and allow it cook for about 5minutes

Add palm oil and then finally add slice scent leaf stir everything together and remove from heat almost immediately

Serve and enjoy your plate of smoked fish porridge yam
