Cut out the center of your bread using a cookie cutter

Grease pan with oil and place bread to toast

At the center add in your whisked egg and allow to cook

Flip over after one side is done

Set aside. Take another slice and toast on pan

To the toast bread, spread letture add sardines, cabbage and lettuce slaw, tomatoes and onions

Close with the other slice

Cut diagonally and serve
