Heat oil add vegetables and spices and cook for become soft,add curd and stir well and off the flame

Now in a pot add ghee,add whole masalas,place a layer of cooked rice,then saffron,now vegetables,repeat in same manner,finally on rice layer place mint and coriander leaves and seal pot by foil,cook on low flame for 5 minutes,and serve hot
