Steps

In Blender blend cashews first then add 2 tbsp fried onions,Chilli,cardamom,coriander and Saffron water blend to smooth paste.

Transfer this paste into rajma paste.

Further add all spices1 tsp ghee and besan.

Combine well making sure the spices are combined well.

Grease hand with oil and shape are small ball.

Then deep fry this (you can roast on tawa also).

Finally enjoy galouti Kebab with green chutney.
