Ingredients

  1. For pressure cooking
  2. 1 cuprajma
  3. 4 cupwater
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. For masala paste
  6. 10whole cashews (soak it for 10 mins)
  7. 2 tbspfried onions
  8. 1chilli
  9. 2 podscardamom
  10. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 3 tbspsaffron water
  12. Other ingredients
  13. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  14. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  16. 1/4 tspsalt
  17. 1 tsprose water
  18. 1 dropkewra water
  19. 1 tsp ghee
  20. 1/4 cupbesan
  21. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In Blender blend cashews first then add 2 tbsp fried onions,Chilli,cardamom,coriander and Saffron water blend to smooth paste.

    Transfer this paste into rajma paste.

  3. 3

    Further add all spices1 tsp ghee and besan.

  4. 4

    Combine well making sure the spices are combined well.

  5. 5

    Grease hand with oil and shape are small ball.

  6. 6

    Then deep fry this (you can roast on tawa also).

  7. 7

    Finally enjoy galouti Kebab with green chutney.
