Oat cake with pure cocoa, without fats or sugars, a very healthy recipe for everyone, especially for athletes looking for a good meal before training!!
Cooking Instructions

Put the oat flour in a bowl. I buy regular oats and grind them myself.

Add the egg whites to the oat flour, preferably pasteurized. Add the cocoa, walnuts, honey, milk, baking powder, and sweetener.

Mix everything well. Taste a teaspoon to see if you want to add more stevia or another sweetener. If adding sugar, use unrefined cane sugar.

Pour the mixture into an oven-safe mold and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Test with a knife, and when it comes out clean, remove and let cool.

I tried making this many times, adjusting the ingredients and amounts. This is the most delicious version.It's best if the bananas are ripe and starting to darken.
