  1. 1 cupoat flour (about 130 grams)
  2. 4egg whites
  3. 3/4 cupskim milk (about 200 ml)
  4. 3walnuts
  5. 1 tablespoonheather honey
  6. 1 packetbaking powder
  7. 1 splashliquid sweetener (stevia)
  8. 1 tablespoonpure unsweetened cocoa powder

    Put the oat flour in a bowl. I buy regular oats and grind them myself.

    Add the egg whites to the oat flour, preferably pasteurized. Add the cocoa, walnuts, honey, milk, baking powder, and sweetener.

    Mix everything well. Taste a teaspoon to see if you want to add more stevia or another sweetener. If adding sugar, use unrefined cane sugar.

    Pour the mixture into an oven-safe mold and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
