this is a healthy and delicious one pot oats khichdi made with oats, mix vegetable and moong dal. #myhealthykitchen

In a pressure cooker put some oil once heat up add cumin seed, mustard seed, asafoetida and curry leaves and vegetables of your choice

Add the oats and yellow moong dal and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.

Add 4 cups of hot water and salt, and other spices mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Serve immediately with fat-free yogurt.
