Ingredients

  1. 1 cupIdli rice
  2. 1/2 cupUrad dal / black gram lentil
  3. 1/4 cupPoha / flatten rice
  4. 1/4 spoonFenugreek
  5. as requiredWater for grinding
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as per needGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash daal,rice and poha,and soak for 5-6 hrs.

  2. 2

    Grind it into fine paste by adding water. Batter should not be too thin nor thick

    Kept it for fermentation. Prepare the batter over night.

  4. 4

    Can make dosa in the morning. Add salt to batter mix well. On a dosa pan pour some batter spread it thinly. When it's 80%done apply ghee over it.
