Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 500 gmutton chops
  2. 3 tbspgreen chilli paste
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cupyogurt
  5. 1 tbspcumin powder
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tbspwhole spice powder
  8. 1 tspblackpeppercorns
  9. 1cinnamon stick
  10. To tastesalt
  11. Egg for coating
  12. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate mutton chops in mentioned ingredients.

  2. 2

    In a pot add blackpeppercorns, cinnamon sticks and mutton chops. Add water 1/2 inch above chops.

  3. 3

    Boil it till water dries out.

  4. 4

    Now coat in egg and deep fry in oil.

  5. 5

    Serve with tamarind chutney.
