Fish curry

Cut,clean and wash Pomfret pieces in drinking water. Rub kokam little salt and pinch of turmeric powder keep it aside.

Take mixie jar add 2 chopped onion,fresh coconut,garlic cloves, green chilli, red dry chillies (remove seeds),dry whole coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds,tomatoes, coriander leaves, and water grind into fine paste.

Keep one kadhai on flame add 1 tablespoon oil add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1 finely chopped onion saute. When onion turns pink add grinded paste saute till water evaporates. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder saute and immediately add water for desired consistency add salt and let the curry boiled. Now add Pomfret pieces and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till the fish gets cooked. Serve with roti and dal rice and fried fish.
