Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour dough
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspamchur / dry mango powder
to tastesalt
1/2 tspchat masala
as requiredoil

Make balls with the dough.

Roll the roti spread oil and sprinkle all spices bind and roll it again.

Put paratha on hot tawa spread oil and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with fresh malai.
