  • 3 ClovesGarlic
  • 1Onion
  • 1Red Capsicum
  • 200 gSliced Mushrooms
  • 500 gBeef Mince
  • 800 gTined Diced Tomatoes
  • 100 gTomato Paste
  • 1/4 TspChilli Powder
  • 1/4 TbspMixed Herbs
  • 1/4 TbspOregano
  • 1/4 TbspThyme
  • 1/2 TbspBasil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and add flaxseed oil.

  2. 2

    Add garlic, onion, capsicum & mushrooms and cook till soft.

  3. 3

    Add mince and cook till brown.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer till desired thickness.
