Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupwhole oats
  • 10almonds
  • 3 tbspflax seeds
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 cuppeanut butter
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 3 tspcoconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan roast oats

    In a mixer jar add oats, flax seeds and almonds and grind into powder

  3. 3

    Take it out in a mixer jar add honey, peanu butter, vanilla essence, salt and coconut oil and mix it well using your hands. Then prepare laddoos of it and ready to serve.
