  • Black beans
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Mirin
  • Honey
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak black beans for 4 or more hours

  2. 2

    Boil black beans and water (1:1.5)

  3. 3

    Mid-low heat until water is almost gone. Stir a lot.

  4. 4

    Add honey, turn off the heat and refrigerate
