  • Beef marinated in Mala
  • Onions chopped and fried
  • Fried potatoes - chop, add food color then fry
  • Tomatoes, Dania, Hoho blended together
  • Garlic and Ginger Paste
  • Tomato paste
  • Pilau spices

    Fry onions
    Add ginger and garlic paste
    Add spices

    Pour in the beef marinade
    Add salt to taste
    Simmer until meat is tender

    Add in the tomato, dania and hoho and tomato paste
    Add in the potatoes
    Let it simmer until thick

    Lastly add the onions and stir
