Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Add yeast if using.

Add water, flavor and knead the dough, cover and allow to rest for 30 min.

Roll the dough again and knead it into a ball, cover to rest for 2 min.

While dough is resting crushed the peanuts, add into the jam and whisk

Roll dough into, and grate butter at one side of the dough, cover with the other side, and cover.

Now roll and cut into smaller rectangular shapes

Scoop the jam filling into the tart by the middle, brush with egg and seal like pie.

Place in a baking tray line with baking paper.

Do the same for the remaining sheets

Line in baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 min.

Next prepare the topping by mixing icing sugar with water or milk

Remove tart and allow to cool completely, glaze with the icing and sprinkle some crushed peanuts and serve
