Ingredients

  • 250 gmsgwar ki fali
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspasafoetida
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powdersalt as pe reed
  • as requiredred chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fali,remove side corners and boil it

  2. 2

    Drain water and squeez it

  3. 3

    Mix all spices in it and mash well

  4. 4

    Now heat oil,add carom and asafoetida

  5. 5

    Place fali and give a nice stir on high flame,serve with paratha.
