Ingredients

  1. 250Red Chilli
  2. 2 tbspCoriander Powder
  3. 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
  4. 2 Tbsp ground fennel seeds
  5. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. 1 tbsp Nigella seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Mango powder or more as you want sourness
  10. as your tasteSalt
  11. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder
  12. 1 cupMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Chillies n pat dry with kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Make a cut in lengthwise n keep them in sunlight for few hours. This process make chillies moisture free.

    Take a big size bowl n mix all dry ingredients except oil...

  4. 4

    Now with the spoon fill the chillies one by one n transfer them into a glass container. Pour mustard oil. Keep bottle cap..

  5. 5

    Now bottle keep in kitchen window or where sunlight... Keep for 4-5 days. Now it's ready to eat. Refrigerate the bottle.
