Sabudana Vada

#indiankitchen sabudana vada is the popular maharashtrian snack.
Steps

Soak sabudana overnight or atleast 6 hours in 2 & 1/2 cups of water.

Boiled and peeled the potato.Chop the coriander leaves and green chillies and curry leaves.Take the peanuts and crush them lightly.

Now take a bowl put sabudana salt + green chillies + cumin seeds + coriander leaves + curry leaves + peanuts and mix well.

Then put potato and mix and mash it very lightly and carefully.donot over mash it.

Take mixture and make balls of it and lightly flatten into your plams and make and give shape of vada.

Heat oil in a kadhai.In hot oil put vada's and fry when it turns golden brown from one side then flip them and fry from other side.

Serve sabudana vada with green chutney.
