Japanese Hamburg

One of my favorite dishes from Japan!
Quite fun to cook and easy to make.
Make sure not to cook too long so that the Hamburg stays soft and juicy.
Sauce is delicious when you use the leftover juice from the meat 😋

Steps
- 1
Dice the onion in small pieces and pan fry it with vegetable oil
- 2
(You can boil some vegetables to go along with the hamburg)
- 3
Put the minced meat and eggs in a bowl
- 4
Add 80ml of milk
- 5
Add the onion that you cooked and mix it with your hand
- 6
Roll the batch into small balls
- 7
Cook them with vegetable oil
- 8
Gently flip them over to the other side. If you poke a stick through it and the juice is clear, then it’s cooked!
- 9
With the leftover meat juice, add in ketchup and red wine to make the sauce
