  • 1 kgbhindi
  • 2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcarom seeds

  1. 1

    Heat oil add carom,add ginger garlic and saute it,add salt,turmeric,chilli and coriander and mix it.
    Add bhindi and mix it,cover it
    Cook till it becomes tender.Serve hot.
