Grate the khoya and paneer and mash them well to remove all lumps. Add the flour to the mashed khoya with 2 tbsp water and knead for 6- 7 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and set aside for 30 mins. Make a small lime sized balls from dough stuff each ball with nuts.

For sugar syrup dissovle sugar water and heat till it's sticky but not very thick. Switch off the heat before syrup reach one thread consistency add saffron.

Heat the ghee in lower flame when it become medium hot then gently place the khoya ball in ghee. Gently move the ball until they evenly golden brown. Move then and place them directly in the sugar syrup. Let the simmer for a few mins. It ready to serve.
