Ingredients

10 minutes
6 servings
  • For special red chutney :
  • 4 tbspKashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tspspicy red chilli powder
  • 18-20Garlic
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 /4 cupWater
  • To boil macaroni :
  • 50 gmsmacaroni
  • as neededWater to boil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 tspOil
  • To prepare the chaat :
  • 2 big packetsKurkure (masala munch flavour)
  • 1 cupdiced Tomato, onion, cucumber
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1Green chillies (finely chopped)(optional)
  • 1/3 cupNylon sev
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 4 tbspRed chutney
  • 1/2 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 4 tbsp Fried split chana dal (optional) / bengal gram
  • 1Medium sized boiled potato diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cupSalted boondi

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    To make chutney in a mixer jar add Kashmiri chilli powder, spicy red chilli powder, garlic, sugar, salt, lemon juice and water grind well chutney is ready

  2. 2

    To boil pasta bring pasta to a rolling boil add oil and salt then add in the pasta and boil it when the pasta is ready rinse it with cold water and keep aside

  3. 3

    To make chaat in a big bowl add kurkure, pasta, chopped vegetables, potato, coriander, green Chilli, lemon juice, Black salt, cumin powder, fried split chana dal, salted boondi, nylon sev and the prepared red chutney

  4. 4

    Mix them all well together

  5. 5

    Take out on a serving dish garnish with some more coriander and sev and serve
