It is the milk cake made out after taking out the ghee and it's a milk cake which taste exactly the same milk cake that we bring from the market and it is very easy, quick and yummy recipe of milk cake.
Steps

Take a kadai and put the residue mawa in it and add milk, sugar in it and stir it continuously.

Cook it on low flame and when the mixture gets dry then add cardamom powder and mix it well and turn off the flame.

Take a small bowl and grease with the butter and put the prepared milk cake in it and cool down garnish with some almond flakes and Enjoy it.
