Wash soya chunks add turmeric and salt to this

In cooker add chana dal,red chilli,green chilli garlic,ginger garlic paste,whole garam masala,jeera,water

And cook till 2 whistles

Once cooled remove and grind this into smooth paste

To this add finely chopped onion,green chillies and coriander leaves

Mix and give shape of kabab and shallow fry.
