Ingredients

  1. Meatloaf base:
  2. 2 lbsground beef (80/20)
  3. 1large onion (diced)
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cupKelloggs cornflake crumbs
  6. 1 cupketchup
  7. 1/2 cupparsley
  8. 1 Tbspgarlic powder
  9. 2 tsponion powder
  10. 1 tspsoy sauce
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. Meatloaf Topping:
  13. 1/2 cupketchup
  14. 2packed Tbsp brown sugar
  15. 1/2 tspdry mustard

Cooking Instructions

    Pregeat oven to 350 degrees

    In a large bowl mix all the meatloaf base ingredients and then place into 9x13 glass baking dish. You want to have a little space between the outside edges of the dish and the meatloaf.

    In a small dish or 2 cup measuring cup add the meatloaf topping ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4

    Spread topping over the meatloaf.

  5. 5

    Bake for 45 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before serving
