Cut the baby corn into halves vertically and keep aside. Rinse and dry them.

In a bowl, add maida, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, and all the dry masala -turmeric, red chilli, cumin, coriander, dry mango,garam masala powder, salt and mix well. Prepare a lump free batter by adding little water at a time. Whisk well and prepare a pouring consistency batter.

Heat enough oil in a karai. Dip the baby corn into the batter. Drain excess batter. Deep fry them on low to medium flame until golden brown so that the baby corn get cooked thoroughly. Flip and fry until the crisp.

Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
