Ingredients

  • 3 cupscooked yellow rice
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 3 tablespoonWoolworth Biryani spice mix
  • 250 gcubed chicken breasts
  • 1onion chopped
  • Dill for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté onion,garlic and spice mix in hot pan with olive oil

  2. 2

    Add chicken and sauté till it’s full cooked

  3. 3

    Add rice and ensure fully covered in chicken mixture

  4. 4

    Garnish with fresh dill

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy🙌😋
