Soak almonds in a jar with 250 ml (a cup of) water overnight. Soak oats in a jar with 250 ml water overnight.

Add 1 ml salt to each jar, or according to taste.

Blend each liquid until solids are finely blended.
- 4
Strain each milk using a cheese cloth, to remove solids, and replace liquid back into jar. You now have non-dairy milk to enjoy😁
