Ingredients

  1. Full chicken
  2. 2large tomatoes (blended)
  3. 1large bulb onion
  4. Garlic and Ginger
  5. Dania and Hoho (blend together with tomatoes)
  6. Tomato Paste
  7. Spices (curry powder, chicken masala)
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preboil chicken to get broth then set aside

    Fry onions
    Add ginger and garlic paste
    Add spices
    Add the chicken let it fry for a few minutes with the spices

    Pour the blended mixture in chicken
    Add tomato paste and stir
    Then add the chicken broth
    Let it simmer until it thickens
