Wash your chicken and add a dash of chilli powder,lemon powder,black pepper and salt.Mix and leave for 10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan,add your raw spiced chicken and shallow fry.

Get a pot or deep pan and add cayenne pepper,garlic,ginger,spices,onions,a spoon of oyster sauce and other seasonings.Then you add water and bring to boil.

Add some tomoto paste,add potatoes,then you add your shallow fried chicken.

Add your chopped carrots and some parsley.Cook for 30 minutes on low heat

Serve hot!
