Blanch the spinach for 2 minutes in a pan,keep aside remove excess water amd grind without using water

Boil the potatoes and peel it

Add oil in wok/ kadhai add green chilli, capsicum, peas and beans slightly cook it and then off the flame,make it cool and then paste it into a grinder without using water

Now add the spinach paste and capacicum peas & beans paste into a bowl add paneer add potatoes add all the dry masala mentioned above with bread crumbs and cornflour into it keep half of breadcrumbs for later

Now let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes, then start making tikki shaped kebabs and add to breadcrubs and put the cashew in between of tikki so that it looks good

If u you want to deep fry it in a kadhai or if you want to shallow fry then do it on a tawa. Now it's ready to eat. Serve it with mint chutney
