Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboneless chicken
  2. 6bread slices
  3. 1/2tblspn Red chilli powder
  4. 1tblspn Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1tspn Black paper
  6. 4tblspn ketchup
  7. 1/2tspn Paprika powder
  8. 1tblspn Soya sauce
  9. 1tblspn Chilli sauce
  10. Oregano 1/4 tspn
  11. 2Capsicum
  12. 1big tomato (Julien cut)
  13. 1big onion (Julien cut)
  14. Chadder cheese slices (optional)
  15. Salt as required
  16. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and heat it and then add boneless chicken and ginger garlic paste fry it on 5 minutes on high flam and then add red chilli powder, black paper, paprika powder, ketchup, Soya sauce,chilli sauce,oregano, salt and stir it well then add capsicum, tomato and onion stir it well cook for 2 minutes, your fajita chicken is ready.

    Take a bread slice and put chicken fajita from step 1 and then sprinkle grated chadder cheese and then place second bread slice.

    Take a grill pan preheated it and brush with oil and then place this sandwiches and cook it for 2 minutes on medium to low flam each sides.

    After that cut it into triangle shape.
