Ingredients

25 minutes
4 people
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/2 cupthick coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 cupswater
  • 2bruised lemongrass (knotted)
  • 2washed pandan leaves (knotted)
  • 4bay leaves
  • 2 slicesginger (thin)
  • 2 slicesgalangal (thin)
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Place every ingredient in a rice cooker until the cooking process is completed

  2. 2

    Put to the side for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Open the lid

  4. 4

    Remove lemongrass, pandan, bay, ginger, and galangal

  5. 5

    Stir rice with rice cooker paddle

  6. 6

    Shape the rice into a cone shape

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
